What to expect at your nutrition and fitness sessions:

It is recommended that new clients begin with a comprehensive, in-person, 75 minute consultation
which will assess current dietary status, fitness level, weight release goals, and health concerns.

During the initial session, you will receive recommendations that will help you to immediately begin
your journey to positive lifestyle changes.  Then, a plan of action is agreed upon that will enable
you to achieve your long-term personal goals.  For example, a typical weight release action plan
consists of the initial consultation plus an individually tailored package of personal fitness training
sessions and motivational phone consultations.

Medical consultations for many conditions, such as celiac disease, are often sufficiently
addressed with a comprehensive consultation and a phone session or two.

Most health insurance plans do not cover nutrition/fitness services, however, there are a variety of
packages available to suit most budgets.

New clients are invited to schedule a complementary 5-10 minute phone consultation (see
contact page for info) before committing to their first session.
